It has to be that particular defining moment story. What can it be?
John knows how to capture and hold participants attention...
and make them smile :)
and that applies to our lovely facilitators as well...
John says communication starts with listening and ends with speaking.
And we know who does that!
Facilitators know how and where to party! Saad and Vickie and the rest of facilitator gang take a long walk along the Bosphorus.
